So, I have a new obsession: baking bread. This one I tweaked a bit based on a recipe from the
Nordic Bakery. A bread with quark and parsnips, originally small flat breads mine is a nice sized-loaf, a loveable and yummy loaf. It is not a secret how I love the Nordic Bakery and so a number of their breads recipes are no queuing up for me to show them life.
